How do I enrol?
The BTEC Public Services Level 3 qualification is currently on a two year trial by three schools that started in the 2008/9 academic year. We plan to accept enrolments from a small number of additional schools for 2009/10. If your school is interested in joining this trial contact CVQO.
Learners have to be enrolled cadets in any of the Cadet Forces, 16 years of age, have completed at least Unit 1 of the Level 2 BTEC First Diploma in Public Services and their unit/school approved by CVQO to deliver Level 3.

How would my work be assessed?
CVQO provides workbooks for each unit. These are able to be completed electronically by the cadets and can be emailed for marking and verification. Marking should be completed by the teacher/instructor with internal verification by CVQO.

What resources are available?
Currently BTEC Public Services publications are being used as support material for the teachers. It is planned to extend that to a wider range of Edexcel support material. CVQO is in the process of developing a Moodle Virtual Learning Environment, so that cadets can access support for their learning through interactive material.
